Burger King Scunthorpe DT
At the heart of Lakeside Retail Park, Scunthorpe, lies a spot that prides itself on flame-grilled flavor and beloved burgers: Burger King Scunthorpe DT. Known for its iconic Whoppers and crispy fries, this location, marked by its distinct royal crown branding, has garnered a mixed bag of feedback from patrons. With a phone number for inquiries at (172) 427-0100, it serves as a quick stop for fast food fans craving that unique taste.
However, the experience at Burger King Scunthorpe DT has been notably polarizing. Some diners have recounted commendable service, such as a delightful visit praised for its attentive staff, including an employee named Dan and a manager, Kerry, who quickly resolved a missing item. These positive encounters shine like a beacon amidst the clouds of discontent.
- One customer delightfully shared how their children were captivated by the restaurant's fun atmosphere, particularly enjoying the crowns.
- Another guest enthusiastically noted that despite a hiccup with the service, the young staff displayed kindness and proper etiquette, which enhanced their dining experience.
Yet, with lights and shades comes the reality of inconsistency. Several diners expressed dissatisfaction with the service, pointing out issues at the self-service kiosks, such as malfunctioning technology and unresponsive staff. Promised meals, like bacon burgers and chicken royales, often fell short in quality, with reports of undercooked food and unclean dining areas exacerbating the experience.
These accounts highlight a crucial aspect of the fast-food culture: quality and service can often fluctuate. At Burger King Scunthorpe DT, while the allure of a classic Whopper beckons, patrons hope to find not just great taste, but also consistent service and a clean, welcoming environment.
In conclusion, if you're in the area, it's worth a visit to Burger King Scunthorpe DT for that famous flame-grilled flavor, but perhaps be prepared for the unpredictable elements of fast-food dining. After all, sometimes the quest for the perfect burger includes a few challenges along the way.

This is our rd visit with poor service. The first and second time we tried to use the self service kiosk and on both occasions after inputting orders twice it failed. On both occasions we left and went elsewhere. This time we went to the kiosk, the assistant had one computer freeze, then had no working card reader. We weren’t offered to go large, we then had a minute on top off the minutes it took to order until food arrived. The restaurant was nearly empty with only other tables occupied but no clean tables were available, it’s a shame as we love BK but are now unlikely to come back to this one.

came here with my kids and it was a brilliant experience, my kids absolutely loved the crowns. The service was spot on there was a boy on front counter called dan he gave some good service and had manners, the sexy manager kerry was also a large help as one of our items was missing so she replaced it. Only downside was when i went to the disabled toilet someone had left a large poo in the toilet bowl and it scared my children a little bit then we went to the woman’s toilets and there was poo all up the walls and it looked like someone had smeared it around, it did make for a good snack however it is not polite to see. overall /

Burger king was an absolute mess, we ordered our meals bacon burgers and a chicken royale, both bacon burgers had no sauce and the chicken royale was also dry. The only words the staff spoke to us was our number. On top of that there was rubbish all over the floors and tables, nobody was cleaning up and everyone was standing around because there was nobody there but us. star wouldn't recommend
